Creating an FAQ Section on Squarespace: Step-by-Step Guide

The first step in creating an FAQ page on your Squarespace website is to add a new section and include a header to describe the section—for example, "FAQs." Next, add an Accordion Block, which can be found under the Blocks section in Squarespace.s page on your squarespace website is to create a section and add a header describing the section in this instance “FAQs”. From here we need to add the accordion block which you can find under blocks on Squarespace.

Once the Accordion Block is added, your section should look similar to the example shown in the image below.

From there, click on Edit in the Accordion Block. In the first section, you can change the content by adding the questions. Fill those out, then add the corresponding answers to complete your FAQ section.

Once all the FAQ items are added to the website, you'll have the option to customize their appearance. I recommend experimenting with the design settings on your own to achieve the look that best fits your site. The image below is just an example of how it can appear after making design adjustments.
